In a seamless blend of Mid-Century Modern and Art Deco influences, the transformed Martin Building stands as an epitome of timeless design. Collaborating closely with the clients and owners of Elevation Investment Properties, we've breathed new life into this space. What was once the Martin Building has now evolved into a two-fold marvel: a welcoming coworking haven on the first floor and, on the second, the headquarters of Elevation Investment Properties.
A color palette of deep teal, rich blue, and vibrant orange electrifies the space, infusing it with energy and vibrancy. Pops of these hues can be found in carefully curated accents, upholstery, and artworks, creating a visually striking and harmonious ambiance.
Linear design elements take center stage, guiding the eye throughout the space with purposeful grace. Wood slat paneling adds warmth and texture, grounding the design while enhancing the sense of coziness. An unexpected touch of authenticity lies in the preserved steel columns, left unfinished as a nod to the building's heritage, adding an industrial charm that complements the otherwise polished aesthetic.
The result is an interior that exudes both the refined glamour of the Art Deco era and the enduring appeal of Mid-Century Modern design.
